28:25 hhhh ，this kind of misunderstanding about China is not unusual in western countries. But actually，we have speech freedom on most things，certainly including TriAdvisor reviews kind of stuff，we have lots of them，people love making comments. We‘re just not advised to say anything that divides our people or provoke public outrages against the government. If one says these kind of thing and causes a scene that might put him into trouble. But normally only people that have been brain washed by false or very subjective information would make these kind of speeches，so they sort of deserve it.
