今年初夏,艺术行业薪资透明问题再次在北美地区浮出水面,继而发生的是关于薪酬平等的热议。借由名为“Arts + All Museums Salary Transparency”的共享谷歌表格和美国艺术组织、艺术媒体对该话题的参与和回应,烤糊提问——
**从艺术机构的无薪实习生,到百万年薪的美术馆馆长
二者之间的距离到底有多远?**
本期节目不是一次艺术世界职业指导,初入职场的我们(主要是糊,烤在踏足职场不足半年后再次潜逃)既无法也无意讨论在这个行业里如何晋升、如何赚钱。我们更想关注的,不只是机构内职位两极间从业经验和行业地位的差距,更是在这工作内容和所得报酬的质与量极不平衡的两种角色之间,那些成功学无法解答的问题。

54:59 听到这会儿觉得学术界也挺类似的,大佬和普通从业者薪资差距巨大,而且非常不透明,读了十几年沉没成本一大堆,工作后才发现完全赚不回来……硕博生就类似实习生,支撑着团队运转还不给钱,说是来学习的,到底学到了什么也难讲,都想做meaningful的事不想做杂活……
