第二道：艺术实习到百万年薪，到底有多远？

今年初夏，艺术行业薪资透明问题再次在北美地区浮出水面，继而发生的是关于薪酬平等的热议。借由名为“Arts + All Museums Salary Transparency”的共享谷歌表格和美国艺术组织、艺术媒体对该话题的参与和回应，烤糊提问——
**从艺术机构的无薪实习生，到百万年薪的美术馆馆长
二者之间的距离到底有多远？**

本期节目不是一次艺术世界职业指导，初入职场的我们（主要是糊，烤在踏足职场不足半年后再次潜逃）既无法也无意讨论在这个行业里如何晋升、如何赚钱。我们更想关注的，不只是机构内职位两极间从业经验和行业地位的差距，更是在这工作内容和所得报酬的质与量极不平衡的两种角色之间，那些成功学无法解答的问题。
