饺子不仅中国人爱吃，歪果仁也爱吃。但如果你在国外餐馆说你要一盘“dumpling",端上来的可能不是你爱吃的饺子哦。
饺子 jiaozi (Chinese dumplings)
维基百科这样解释 dumpling ，dumpling 是由一团面团组成的，里面可能有馅也可能没馅，面团由面粉、面包或土豆做成。里面的馅包括肉馅、鱼肉馅、芝士馅、蔬菜馅、水果馅等等，烹调方式可以煎、烤、炸、煮、蒸各种方式。
所以你点一盘 dumplings ，上来的可以是水饺、也可以是包子、还可能是馒头……

西瓜皮
watermelon rind [raɪnd]
瓜类的厚皮或脱水的皮用 rind 来表示。各种香瓜甜瓜都是 rind ，陈皮叫 orange rind ；奶酪、熏肉的外皮也能用rind表示。
例句：
They didn't even leave me the watermelon rind or pumpkin seeds.
它们连半块西瓜皮或是南瓜子都不给我留点。
