Richard DeForno is a Freelance 3D Animator working in Los Angeles for Film & TV.  He has worked on Hollywood blockbuster franchises such as "The Fast and The Furious", "Star Trek", "Aqua Man" and "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2".  He is also an incredible illustration artist and avid collector of metal & hardcore records.  Claudia Yi Leon is a Visual Effects Artist in the Los Angeles Film & TV industry with two decades of experience.  We talk about animation, ego, the value of mistakes, pressure, competition, attachments, freelancing and life.
