Theo Watt is the founder of Thirsty Work Productions and DRiNK Magazine.  He created the DRiNK Awards, a premier annual awards event celebrating all the movers and shakers in China's bar industry.  He works with the industry's biggest names and brands to create unique experiences and events for industry folk and consumers alike.  He aims to empower bartenders, elevate responsible drinking occasions and connect the world through great drinks.
