0安利一部纪录片《Life in a day》(中文译：浮生一日），记得第一次看时我是一个人在房间里红着眼眶看完的，虽然这部纪录片只是记录了无数个别人在2010年7月24日稀松平常的一天，从黎明开始，从黑夜结束， 但体会到了很多不一样的情绪。
一方面，就好像你看着天上的群星，感觉自己很渺小，因为生活就是生活，大家都有这一天；另一方面，因为是我，所以这一天很特别，不管悲欢离合，生老病死，仍旧充满希望，值得期待。
很惊喜，在想要重看的时候，搜索到了第二部 ——《浮生一日》2020，那么，十年后的7月25日又发生了什么呢？

“July 24th, 2010. It's nearly midnight now, and I'm running out of time to make this. I worked all day long, It's Sat., yeah, I know. The sad part is I've been working all day long, hoping for something amazing happens, something great, something to appreciate this day and be part of it, and to show the world that there's something great that can happen in your life, in everyone's life. But the truth is it's not always happen. And for me today, all day long, nothing really happened. I want people to know I'm here, I don't wanna this to exist. I'm not gonna sit here and tell you that I'm a great person, because I don't think I am at all, I think I am just a normal girl, normal life, not interesting enough to know anything about, but I want to be. And today, even though nothing great really happened, tonight I feel as something great happened.”
“2010年7月24日，现在快接近午夜了，我快没有时间做这个了。今天星期六，我上了一整天的班，我知道这很疯狂。可悲哀的是我一天都期待着能发生什么特别的事情，一些美好的事，一些值得感激的事，自己可以参与其中，向世人展示普通的一天，即使一个普通的人也会有不平凡的事情发生。但真相是好事不常有。至于我，今天一整天都没有发生什么值得一提的事。我想让人们知道我在这，我不想过没有存在感的生活。我不是坐在这儿告诉你们我是一个多么好的人，因为我没觉得自己多好，一点儿也没有。我认为自己是一个普通的女孩，过着普通的生活，不是那种值得深入沟通的人，但我想成为那种人。而今天，尽管没有什么特别的事情发生，但今晚我感觉到自己仿佛已经经历了一次涅槃。”
