Anxiety, much like any other emotion, always looms somewhere in our life and is ready to show up out of nowhere.

We have been used to treating it like an enemy to fight off, but... in fact emotions do serve good purposes if we do not become too absorbed in them.

So let's embrace anxiety, baby steps first :)

The reasons for the four dis-subscriptions could be nothing particular because their subscriptions may be very casual themselves. I can verify this statement with my experience. One day I was surfing on bilibli, 这时候弹出来一个游戏直播间写着 “新手导师,有问必答”。我就进去请教了一堆技术,主播邀请我关注他,我出于感谢也就关注了(但是b站我并不是大会员没有电给他冲😅,所以并没有加入他的粉丝团哈哈)。他作为游戏主播是需要一直进行游戏的,而我只是个休闲玩家而且要学习所以半路就退了。往后我一直没时间打游戏,后面也就没看有关这个游戏的直播所以我就把他取关了😄。So,dis-subscription can really mean nothing. And 平常心真的很重要。When your social circle is growing large enough, it is not possible to care about tiny things like this. And it is meaningless to bother yourself on non-existent things.

when we face anxiety,we often disturbed by it.We often feelings we are not good enough ,we are not valuable to match it,or did I say something wrong just now ,did he be angry with me?But thinking this is meaningless,we need to embrace the anxiety instead of escaping and fighting against it.We should know,every emotion have their function,which signals to us there would something wrong,and you need to improve it.You just need to focus on being a better version of yourself .
first,realizing that you have this anxiety emotion,don’t be too close to your emotion and keep distance to it.just observe the emotion and let the emotion pass through yourself without any judgement and analysis.Second,options the list that you can change ,analyzing the problems may be you really have and find the right solution to solve it.during this time,don’t immerse yourself into the emotion.
