Two days ago, I got blackout drunk for the first time in my life.

Not a fun experience, not proud of it, and I swear never to get this drunk again.

Getting my brain a bit damaged is already unbearable, and not being able to recall the time together with my friends is no less of a bummer.

So I did some research about how much is too much.

请问show notes里的“no less of”这个短语是什么意思？词典里没有查到

燕云十七:就是字面理解，“不亚于…”，用于强调后面这个名词。

:no less你可以理解成“与...不相上下; 仍旧”， of 这里表示个属性，比如 He might have changed a little, but now he is still no less of a perfectionist.

唐迎寅:Hope you are fresh now. Blackout is indeed not good experience. And I share one my story: The day I graduated from the university, we were drunk and I passed out. My father drove me back. Next day, my mother told me that I was saying ‘thank you shi fu’ all my way hime.
