21:57 A quick note on printing: Chinese engineer and innovator Bi Sheng invented movable type printing in 1040. And in 1450, Johannes Gutenberg introduced it to Europe and invented a mechanical way. (From wiki https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Movable_type ). So printing technology was already available at the time but I think it was still labor-intensive. In the show, Hua Fei just wanted to torture Shen and it was a common practice to copy a book by hand to help memorize it.
