We are blessed with the access to a sea of information;

yet too little of such information is treated seriously by us and internalized as part of who we are.

Next time when you come across a good mantra, a good book, etc., don't just flip through it unconcernedly. Revisit it. Repeat it, until you have fully understood and absorbed the goodness in it.

之前我看《心灵捕手》的时候也是这个片段给我留下最深的印象，我当时还特意数了肖恩重复了这句话多少次😂 因为我一直在关注到底是什么促成了Will的转变。那就是，真的take to heart the fact that it's not his fault. 因为人(小时候)遭遇了不好的事情可能多多少少会觉得是自己的错、自己不值得吧，即使事实不是如此，但是孩子不能正确判断，他就会这样觉得。

1. another good movie that sheds light on the power of repetition is 3 idiots, where “all is well” is kind of my motto.
2. if it is your habit of having to watch a movie at least 3 times, then you will miss good but long masterpieces like The Game of Throne.
