This is the tenth article in this series, so the title I chose is also called "ten".

When I just finished 700 articles, I wanted to create a new series, which would be published in English and Chinese at the same time, and then the readers could include real foreigners, as the title of our official account is "Speak to Foreigners".

This change is only possible this semester. I certainly thought of using this method before. It is very convenient to write in Chinese, translate it into English with translation software, and then send it together.

The only drawback is that no one will watch.

It may even cause those Chinese people who used to read the Chinese version to stop reading it. For example, Teacher Meng said that I had stopped reading the English version since you sent it. I said you pull down. The following is the Chinese version.

The change is that I also teach all English students this semester. We often roast about students who teach in English. I don't think you understand how to teach Chinese in English. It's the students who will learn their professional courses in English in the future. All English refers to the whole English, which is used in their study for several years. Of course, we can speak Chinese as much as possible in this optional Chinese course.

But for me, the unexpected result is that the official account can also be written in bilingual.

Because someone saw it. Among them are from Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Nepal. Many students need to be proficient in English both in work and study. So the English version is just right for them.

And they are said to like it.

If they want to please me just because they are my students, I don't think it is necessary. Just like they often express their thanks and respect to me after class. I'm not floating. (Can translation software really translate Piaopiaoran? I doubt it)

Because I have been teaching here for ten years. I fully understand that these are just the moment. After this moment, or even the next semester, I will not teach them, and everyone will continue to follow their original path. They will continue to do their research in English, and I will continue to teach foreigners.

Nothing will remain. Any of these once good feelings will fade and eventually become a bubble.

So when they say thank you, you teach well. I work hard, you work hard.

My English is so weak that I can only use such simple sentences.

Then my students' English level has reached such a level.

For example, my Sri Lankan student read the article I wrote yesterday and said that he liked it very much. He sent me the review article he published in the local newspaper.

I think it's funny. It is their ease in the English world. The richness of vocabulary is beyond my imagination.

That is, if you just see the Chinese homework they handed in, you can't imagine that they can reach such a situation in another language.

This is the meaning of our official account.

On the one hand, I can let Chinese friends know their existence through my writing, because their existence is the presentation of a more specific world in front of us. On the other hand, I also hope that the English that can be translated through translation software can be easily understood by them, and then understand that in addition to the simple words in the text, "What's the weather like today, today's weather is good", these simple sentences are rich in China.

Back to I work hard, you work hard. Why should I say so. Because I think that since everyone will forget each other's past existence in the new life one year later, we can ignore the current good feelings and see what can be saved.

I am a teacher of Chinese. My best skill is to teach Chinese well. If you can learn Chinese well and play a role in your future life, my work will be good and my value will be realized. In addition, I don't need extra thanks.

That's why I would say that if you think the current teaching is good, the best way to give back is to really learn.
