Dear Mr. Peterson,
I hope this letter finds you well. The apartment move-in went well, and I am extremely happy with the apartment, and especially enjoy the living room window. Unfortunately, however, there are a couple of things I feel I must bother you with.
First on this short list is the toilet, which seems to have developed a leak from what appears to be the in-take tube. I believe it might need a new valve, but I’m not sure. Having this minor issue resolved would save me from developing the occasional wet sock.
The cabinet floorboards under the sink also need some attention, as I’ve recently discovered that they have become rotten, and as a result, I am in lack of space to house the cleaning supplies and whatnot.
