0🔺头孢是头孢类抗菌药的总称，头孢菌素类（Cephalosporins）是以冠头孢菌培养得到的天然头孢菌素C作为原料，经半合成改造其侧链而得到的一类抗生素（antibiotics）。
常用的头孢约有30种，头孢菌素类抗生素按其发代的先后和抗菌谱（antibacterial spectrum）的不同而分为一、二、三、四、五代。

一代头孢
第一代头孢主要针对抗革兰氏阳性菌（gram-positive bacteria，简写G+），对金黄色葡萄球菌（Staphylococcus aureus，SA）比较敏感。

第五代抗生素针对多重耐药革兰阳性菌，如甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌 MRSA（methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus），以及部分革兰阴性菌
☑️Fifth generation cephalosporins are broad spectrum antibiotics which are beta-lactams. These antibiotics were specifically created in labs to target resistant organisms, such as methicillin-resistant Staph aureus (MRSA).The 5th-generation cephalosporins are not active against Pseudomonas species.

抗菌谱的不同
🔺抗菌谱（Antibacterial Spectrum）是泛指一种或一类抗生素（或抗菌药物）所能抑制（或杀灭）微生物的类、属、种范围。
如青霉素的抗菌谱主要包括革兰阳性菌和某些阴性球菌，链霉素的抗菌谱主要是部分革兰阴性杆菌，两者抗菌谱的覆盖面都较窄，因此属于窄谱抗生素（Narrow Spectrum Antibiotics）

胃肠功能紊乱：gastrointestinal dysfunction
过敏反应：allergic response/anaphylaxis
双硫仑样反应：disulfiram-like reaction
肾毒性：nephrotoxicity/renal toxicity
低凝血酶原血症：hypoprothrombinemia
血小板减少：thrombocytopenia
