一道残阳铺水中

The departing sunbeams pave a way on the river

半江瑟瑟半江红

Half of  its waves turn red and the other half shiver

可怜九月初三夜

How I love the third night of ninth moon aglow!

露似珍珠月似弓

The dewdrops look like pearls,the cresent like a bow.
