My future career plan is to become a project manager and make a meaningful contribution to the company and the society. You know being an outstanding project manager requires comprehensive abilities. I have gained plenty of practical experience and technical ability in my work,but I'm still lack of professional management knowledge. And the postgraduate program can help me make up my weakness. When practical experience is combined with management knowledge, I can definitely achieve my career goal of becoming a project manager, and I can be more confident in facing all the challenges in the future.
