43 中英双语：人要向前走 总要不断告别

这一期为止，刚好这个播客总时长大概36小时。我想了想，就停在这里也不错，毕竟3和6都是我的幸运数字。所以这也就是这个播客，第一季的最后一期。

简单复盘了一下，从去年6月在巴厘岛开始，一年的时间，52周，录了43期内容。中间停更了两次，从客观的数字中，似乎也能瞥见一个人的状态。

回看这一年，我看到了一个越长越自由的自己，堵上了全部的自己去活出生命本来的样子。当然经历了挫折，换国家，异国恋，分手，听商学院的天书，学金融，无尽的presentation，第一次去了拉丁美洲，后来机缘巧合为法甲豪门球队巴黎圣日耳曼运营足球赛...

每一步都可以在每期播客中，感受到一些做选择的心路历程，以及看到那些选择带领我走上的路。人生啊，不就存在于一个一个当下的选择中么。

而做选择的艰难、犹豫、恐惧，都是最真实的自己。但我们终将走上那条，注定属于我们的路。因为我们没有别条路可走，你只能做你自己，你只能是你自己。

这个阶段的我自己，走过上一局的升级打怪，要进入新篇章了，面对着新的课题。我相信，又会是很精彩的生命旅程。不久之后再见，我们也都会是更新版本的自己了。期待和你在更高处相逢。

Welcome to the final episode of our podcast.

Starting from Bali last year, I felt this flowing, surging energy that I wanted to convey through my voice. Over the past year, I've shared the weekly changes in my life through this podcast. It's been a fascinating year-long life experiment.

I've almost completed my courses at a French business school, fulfilling my dream of attending a project management program. I genuinely learned everything I set out to learn. Living in France and traveling across Europe has been an enriching experience. As I move on to the next chapter of my life, I want to thank myself for consistently recording and sharing my life over the past year.

Moving forward, I'll be updating this podcast irregularly, no longer on a weekly basis. I’ve realized that I enjoy writing more. It allows for longer, more logical, and systematic expressions of my thoughts.

And I want to thank you for being a part of my journey. Thank you for watching my life unfold. Today, as always, I love you.
