Topsy-Turvy means unstable , disorganized, strange, upside down , something changed in your life . 颠倒的,乱七八糟的
eg: Sorry haven't gotten back to you, everything has been topsy-turvy at home since the baby was born and that's the moment you didn't expect that .
Our manager quit and it's been topsy-turvy here ever since hopefully they will hire someone soon.

out of whack 不正常的:指某物或某人不处于正常状态或不协调的状态。
something is not quite right.
eg : Things has been so out of whage here i think it's because we are all still adjusting for the time changed .(时差 jet leg)

in disarray 无序的,杂乱的
Everything is in disarray but i was hoping to get back to check once the school year star .

upside down 颠倒的 天翻地覆的
I can't believe how upside down things are work right now .

backward 向后的 倒退的 落后的 迟钝的

Ex: Moving makes things quite topsy -turvy.
2.out of whack=Something is off. Something is not quite right.
Ex: Things has been so out of whack here. I think we’re still adjusting to time change.
in disarray
Ex: Everything is in disarray, but I hope everything to get back on track once the school year starts.
4.upside-down
Ex: I can’t believe that how upside-down the things that we worked right now. How do we fix the issues?
5.backwards
Ex: We really need help because everything is backwards right now. Maybe we should find a consultant.
