Some ways to talk about things u do occasionally
1.here and there.(occasionally, not regularly, sometimes, very good to talk about habits）
Ex: I played the guitar here and there. I
want to start play more.
2.occasionally/on occasion(a little fancier)
Ex: I usually buy my clothes online, but I head to the outlets on occasion.
3.once in a while/ every once in a while
Ex: I don't like football, but I go to a game every once in a while.
I do like indoor cycling for most of my exercise, but every so often I do hit a class.
4. every now and then/again
Ex: I see Rachel here and there, and every now and then, I run into…(没听清)
