1. course ,a fancy adult way of saying class, at some point class become course .
for higher education, such as college/ PHD博士 / masters硕士 course. (哲学博士学位 Doctor of Philosophy）

3. lessen, lessen is what happen during the class , what the teacher is teaching .
the teacher is going to deliver a lessen in the class/ course .
