A: Hi, Lindsay, I can't believe I ran into you.
B: Same here, actually I have been meaning to call you.(此处的actually给人一种coincidence的)
A: Really?
B: I want to know how you like your new haircut place.
A: Great. I meant to review for them.（此处不建议使用have been meaning to review,否则使用下句话就inappropriate.）
B: You still could probably do it.
A: Oh yeah, I should.
A: Hi, Lindsay, I can't believe I ran into you.

1. i have been meaning to do something .
means you have been wanting to do something but maybe you just don't have time or it hasn't encourage you at the moment to do it, but it's something you intenting to do , it hasn't been done yet . it's about intention .
eg, I have been meaning to tell you i have a friend who move to ..., maybe you could introduce her for the best place in that area.

eg, I have been meaning to buy a new computer but i haven't find the time yet .
I have been meaning to call her , i wonder how she's doing .
