The more your willingness and your ability to let go.
你的意愿和放手的能力越强。
The more changes are going to come.
变化就会越多。
It's just like this.
事情就是这样。
For new things to come, old things must go.
新事物要来，旧事物必须离开。
And now just as I mentioned there is the willingness first of all to let go
正如我提到的，首先是有放手的意愿。
but sometimes there are also things (that have.That have ..let's say.)
但有时候也有一些事物。
That are caught within us.
它们被困在我们内心。
That you just cannot reach by yourself
你靠你自己无法触及。
and this is the moment where sometimes you need support.
这就是有时候你需要支持的时刻。
where sometimes even if the willingness is there.
即使有时候意愿已经在那里。
and you even maybe can see what it is that is stuck inside of you.
你甚至可能能看到是什么困在你内心。
but sometimes you need a person, more persons,
但有时候你需要一个人，更多的人，
or sometimes you need an additional support to get rid of it.
或者有时候你需要额外的支持来摆脱它。
So this is also important really to understand.
