1. aliving breathing thing
described for anything dynamic and constantly changing things that's not actually alive, we don't use in people and animals which obviously alive .
eg, The book i am reading is aliving and breathing thing .
Google store is aliving and breathing thing . (the Google app always updating and changing)
2. someone's breathing down your neck/ you're breathing someone's neck .
紧盯着你/被人紧盯着,让你感到压力和不适
either physically close 肢体亲密接触or you monitoring监视 监控 closely usually in a irritating气人的 使愤怒的way .
when you're very close to someone ( physical space ) they might say: stop breathing down my neck. 身体距离离我远一点
I don't mean to breathing down your neck, i just want to make sure you stay on task保持专注 that's very important.
3. to breathe new live into 给...注入活力
eg, We start to going on a date every weekend to breathe a new live into our marrage.
Getting a gym membership and breathe a new live into my exercise team .

suddenly feel very happy or relief because something unpleasent didn't happen or has ended .

my mom have been breathing down my neck every night to study .

Idoms with "breathe""breathing" like personification
1. a living breathing thing(for anything dynamic that constantly changes, emphasizing not stadic. )
Ex: My day is a living breathing thing.
Ex: Writing a book is a living breathing thing.
2. breathing down on your neck (closely monitoring in an irritating way. Both literally and physically)
Ex: I don't mean to breathe down on your neck(I don't mean to micromanage u). I just need to makt sure u r still on the task.
3. to breathe a new life into(to rejuvenate something, refreshing things)
Ex: We start go on date every weekend. it has breathed a new life to our marriage.
Ex: Getting a gym membership breathes a new life to my exercise routine.
