eg, so good to see you, it's been forever.
i haven't seen you in forever, how have you been ?
3. lost touch / out of touch
eg, i can't believe we lost touch, it's been ages.
my dad and i have been out of touch for a while.
this person fell out of my radar . ( fall out )
i lost touch with my childhood best friends.
