1. head to , means go
if you are at a concert 演唱会
let's head to our seats .
ask questions like where are you heading to ?
=where are you heading ?
=where you headed ?
2. head off, to intercept拦截 窃听 or to prevent something happening, we hear a lot in news 阻止 转移方向, use it in more serious topic.
= keep... from happening
eg, we need to head off this economic crisis.

i need to keep my daughter from coming home late. ( daily life)
3. head out, means to leave
eg, what time should we head out ?
= what time do we want to leave?
it's time to heading out.
I'm heading out to pick up ...
4. head over, means to go some place nearby. don't use it far away, should be something close by.
eg, our neighbors have invited us for drinks, want to head over ?
head over to my brother's house.
5. head for, means to go to a destination.
the destination could be close and could be far.前往 出发 取向于
eg, I'm gonna head for the beach.
a feeling that something is coming .
eg, she's heading for greatness.

absolutely, let's head out on Saturday morning around 7.( suggests to leave at 7am)
