It's November 12th, 2024. It's been seven days since I last updated my blog. During these seven days, there were times of hard work and indulgence. Let's just leave the indulgence behind. On Double Eleven, I purchased the junior high school English course of Chalk Teacher for the first half of 2025. The teaching materials for the public courses will be delivered within a week, while those for the professional course will be shipped about a month later before the class starts. But it doesn't matter.

Currently, the overall progress is fine. There are about 100 pages left in total for the two public - course textbooks, and I haven't read much of the professional textbook for junior high school English. For the rest of this month, I plan to focus on the professional textbook. When I feel tired, I'll switch to the remaining chapters of the public courses. My goal is to go through the public - course textbooks at least once this month and, at the same time, speed up the progress of the professional textbook as much as possible.

I was woken up by a mosquito at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night yesterday. Then I started to look at my phone. I came across an English blogger on Bilibili. He is excellent in English, plays the guitar beautifully, and sings well. He was chatting with girls from other countries in a live connection. His flirting skills, which I used to despise, now make me want to study frame by frame. He's really charming. I watched from a little after 2 until nearly 4 o'clock before going to sleep. I woke up a little after 8 and then went back to sleep again, and didn't wake up until a little after 10. However, I felt great when I woke up today. I used to be over - using my eyes and my brain was tired, but today's comfort is really long - awaited. I took a half - hour break at noon, and my brain also got fully relaxed.

I started studying at around 3:30 this afternoon. Yesterday, I washed the rice cooker, various pots and tableware. There's no place in my residence that hasn't been cleaned. Although the study progress was average yesterday, there were still gains.

Now, after I push the blog update, I'm going to do stretching for the second time, and then take a shower, wash my hair, and go to sleep. I don't need to get up too early tomorrow. I'll set the alarm for a little after 8. In the next week, I want to get my eyes back to a comfortable state. I'll try to go to bed early and get up early, for example, go to bed before 11 pm and get up between 7 and 7:30 am. If I'm extremely tired, I can sleep a bit longer, like for nine hours. But still, going to bed early and getting up early should be the main routine. I can't go to bed at 12 pm and get up at 9 am the next day, as that would be a great waste of time. I also want to have lunch and dinner earlier. In this way, after taking a rest when I get back, it won't be too late, and I can continue studying, avoiding making excuses for not studying or oversleeping during the noon break.
