"Them's + noun"
1. them's break
It is pretty common both in the UK and US for regional dialects and unformal speech to use this incorrect grammar.
Ex: Look at them's kids over there.(those kids)
Ex: Taste them's cookies. They are delicious.(those cookies)
Them's breaks(It is what it is. whatever outcome to the situation is not maybe what u wannter or expected, but there's nothing u can do about it.)
Ex: Everything is going wrong this week, but I guess them's breaks.
2. them's rules(emphasis here)
(It's easier to use "them's rules" to set up standards for anyone else.)
✓: Those are breaks. Those are rules.(Grammar correctly)
✓: Them's rules and Them's breaks(idiomatically)
3. "How do u like them's apples?" from 《Good Will Hunting》
A: I didn't study for the exam at all and I got 85.
B: What? I studied for weeks and I got 75. How do u like them's apples? (你怎么做到的?)
Role Play:
A: Oh, sorry, we're closed.
B: U closed at 5? Well, them's breaks!(bummer feeling) I should've gotten here earlier.
A: We used to stay open later, but it didn't have business to justfy it.
B: Oh, I almost came this afternoon, but I'll be sure you be open until 5. How do u like them's apples! Thats what I get for procrastinating.

1. an intentional故意的grammatical和语法相关的 mistakes in certain dialects in The UK and US.
it's pretty common both in The UK and US in certain regional dialects方言 and informal speech to use this incorrect grammer.
eg, look at them's kids over there.
( look at those kids)
taste them's cookie they're delicious .
( taste those cookies)
2. idioms 习语方言风格 that makes more about a chunk.
Them's the breaks -- 这就是生活：表示生活中有时会遇到不如意的事情，用于安慰他人或自己。
basically means it's what it's, whatever the outcome to the situation maybe it's not what you wanted or expected but there's nothing you can do about it.
eg, everything is going wrong this week, but i guess them's the breaks.
(i can guess that's the way it's)
相当于 those's the breaks .

Them's the rules . ( emphasize here, you have to do this, stronger than those's the rules )
eg, go to bed before 10pm, them's the rules.
