one of the most empowering and overwhelming realizations for me in the last few years is understanding how different parts of life and experience inform each other and how important it is to work on self-alignment and healing first instead of bypassing or running away from yourself. here's a re-intro into how i try and understand these parts so we can discuss further in later episodes!
