why Americans love Costco? how they talk about it and build the connections base on this conversation topic.
Do you have a particular grocery store that you're loyal to? Is there a grocery store that has your heart ?
you have to drive a big car and fill in up, it's not just a window shopping thing.
1. buy in bulk = in large quantities
to get things cheaper per unit.
2. things are cheap so they buy more of it even if they don't necessarily need it, you need a big house to store all these things.this works more better in urban areas than in the city.
3. how often do you grocery shop in American cultural? the closer you live, the more frequently you go. you might just shop for that night or couple of days.
Grocery shops are small in between train station and apartments in Paris and Japan, they prefer getting fresher food, more emphasise on freshness.
