Tips: It depends on the context and your tone.
1️⃣when we were being sincere
Ex: I heard you won the lottery, good for you.(If you won't be sounded sarcastic, so please pay attention to your tone and context.)
Ex: I can tell you worked really hard on this project, good for you.(congratulations, well done)
Ex: Good for you, I'm happy for you.(sincere)
Ex: Good for you, so happy to hear it.
Ex: Good for you, congratulations!
2️⃣being sarcastic, jealous
Ex: Good for you, awesome, I'm still single.
Role Play:
A: We got a new puppy. It's so cute!
B: Good for you(positive), I bet your kids are so excited.
A: They are. They've always wanted a dog.
B: Puppies are a lot of work though, It's nice to keep them for a train. It has never accidentally anymore.
A: Good for you(sarcastic). This puppy has accidents constantly!
