Is it easy for you to leave negative feelings or thoughts at the door ?
1. Leave sth at the door means you have to forget it, sort of close that door and start sth else. (to yourself, more peacefully )
When one door closes another one opens. ( space open in your mind / heart )
eg, I know you're totally exausted, but try to leave it all now at the door and just enjoy the night.
Leave all yourself out at the door, It's time to get our bodies moving.
Breathe in, leave your stress at the door, this is your time to relax.
