1. Don't be me-monster. Make sure we are not talking ourselves too much. Disengaging others.
• Using questions.
• Using Paraphrashing is a great tool to interrupt me-monster politely.
2. Make sure we are more interested. Not trying to be interesting.
• Listen, Pause and say tell me more.
• Asking follow up questions:
• I am curious to learn more.
• What more can you tell me about that?
• Ask Specific questions:
• How does that play out? What came next?
3. Make sure we are using more supporting turns rather than switching turns.
