Suitable for children to listen to and read
Once there was a kind girl named Cinderella. After her father died, she lived with her cruel stepmother and two jealous stepsisters. They made her clean the house, cook meals, and wear old rags. But Cinderella never lost her smile.
One day, an invitation arrived: the prince was hosting a royal ball! The stepsisters laughed, "You can’t go! You have no dress!" Cinderella sighed as their carriage left.
Suddenly, a sparkle appeared! A fairy godmother waved her wand. "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!" A pumpkin turned into a golden coach, mice became horses, and Cinderella’s dress shimmered like starlight. "But remember," warned the fairy, "the magic ends at midnight!"
At the ball, everyone stared. The prince danced only with her. Time flew too fast. When the clock struck twelve, Cinderella fled, losing a glass slipper on the stairs.
The next day, the prince searched the kingdom, declaring, "Whoever fits this slipper shall be my bride!" The stepsisters tried but failed. When Cinderella appeared, the slipper slid perfectly onto her foot.
The prince smiled, "I’ve found you!" They married and lived joyfully. As for the stepfamily? Cinderella forgave them, proving kindness always wins.
