🌈How to say when the quality of something is declining.
go downhill(to describe something is not as good as it used to be, commonly used for restaurants, location, products, service)
Ex: I used to like the coffee shop, but I don't know what happened. It went downhill.
Ex: That restaurant has really gone downhill since the management's changed.
Ex: I think that TV show starts going downhill after two main characters started dating.
Ex: We don't want our service to go downhill, so we should make it new higher.

📕Some other ways of saying this
1️⃣something is not what it used to be.
2️⃣go south(even for people)
Ex: Their friendship wnt south after one big fight.(for here not using "go downhill")
3️⃣deteriorate, decline(high level, for health)
Ex: Her health declined after she broke her hip.
Ex: The quality of this restaurant deteriorated, but their prices went up.
