That’s amazing! I was jogging alone when I played this episode, and I just kept my head nodding with Emma’s ideas. Recently,I have deeply sensed that with getting  “selfish ” I not only get along with myself well but also have more energy to give others!Maybe it’s the best way to live 🥰

[video available on spotify] this past weekend i found myself with a dilemma. i had a lot of work to get done. and then, two of my loved ones asked me to hang out. do i choose to be selfish and get stuff done? or do i neglect my work and spend quality time with my loved ones? this really brought to my attention how challenging it is to choose between selflishness and selflessness.
