🌈How to be concise
1️⃣To cut unnecessary filler wods and slow down
our speech a little to have a bit of time to know what you are going to say next.
2️⃣Avoid being redundant
Ex: due to the effect -- because(more concsie)
Ex: the end result(redundant) -- result
Ex: each and every -- every
Ex: Let's collaborate together -- Let's collaborate.
3️⃣To eliminate unnecessary qualifiers
☝This is a very big problem.
🫶This is an enormous problem.
☝She was really angry.
🫶She was furious.
4️⃣To use stronger verbs (replace "Be" verbs whenever is possible. This is minor change, but it's more concise and often dose make your message stronger.)
☝There's an opportunity.
🫶We have an opportunity.

A: Oh, that's great news. I'm thrilled to hear that.
