🌈How to talk about nerves in English
1️⃣get cold feet(to get nervous about something, and this is used a lot for wedding time.)
Ex: He doesn't know he wants to go through with the wedding, but I know he just has cold feet.
Ex: Oh, no I'm getting cold feet.
👏👏👏It can be usually used for any nig change that you are going to be making or any step you are taking.(life transitions: a new job, a ne class, a promotion, a new friend)
2️⃣to have second thoughts
Ex: I'm having second thoughts about starting new school again. It's huge undertaking.
3️⃣chicken out(more casual and funny)
Ex: I know you are scared, but don't chicken out. Weed you on the team.
4️⃣to have doubts
Ex: I'm have been having doubts whether this is a right move for me professionally.
