🌈Why is English is Nerve-Racking
nerve-racking= nerve-wracking
It means stressful, and is an adj.
Ex: It was really nerve-racking when my flight kept getting delayed.
🧐rack (as a verb, to cause extrem mental or physical pain.)
Ex: Pian racked his body after he injured his back.
🧐wrack(it has really the same meaning as wrack, )
Ex: The plot whole wracked the audiences of perception of the movie.(ruin or destroyed)
📕rack one's brain( to think very hard in order to try to remember sth or sokve problem. )
Ex: I was racking my brain, but it couldn''t come up with solution.(wrack, rack are ok.)
📕rack with guilt(wrack rack are acceptable.)
Ex: She was racked with guilt after she lied.
👏👏👏This is connected with remorse and intense of guilt.(something big and how badly you feel about it.)
