Dear Fred,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing with some exciting news: I recently entered a lucky draw through my workplace, and to my surprise, I won a fully paid holiday to the Seychelles. The prize also includes an extra ticket, and I could not think of anyone better than you to join me on this trip.
The holiday is scheduled from the 10th to the 17th of next month, which means we will have a full week to relax and explore the islands. The flights and accommodation have already been arranged, so you will not need to worry about booking anything yourself.
To make the most of the experience, you should bring light summer clothing, a swimsuit, and some comfortable walking shoes for sightseeing. I also suggest packing sunscreen, sunglasses, and perhaps a light jacket for the cooler evenings. Since we may try some water activities, a waterproof phone case might come in handy as well.
I truly hope you can come along, as it would be wonderful to share this adventure together. Please let me know as soon as possible so I can confirm the details.
