Yesterday I felt very tired, so I went to bed early.

This morning I woke up at half past seven feeling refreshed after a full eight hours of sleep.

I believe regular exercise is important for both physical health and mental well-being, so at nine o’clock I went for a short run in the park.

Afterward I enjoyed a healthy breakfast. Eggs and yogurt are my favorites, but I usually avoid milk because it isn’t good for my skin.
