Can you honestly imagine how did a little girl born 90 years ago, with very little money, with a dream, how did I become the person that all this was said about. Can you imagine how it makes me feel? It's a very strange feeling. And still I'm trying to come to understand how that little girl has become me.

Basically, all I want to say now is thank you all. Because the world is going through very dark times everywhere. It's people like you. It's my Jane Goodall Institute and Roots & Shoots family around the world. It is my biggest inspiration and hope for the future.
