essentially if you want to say you are brave in the face of something difficult and injury a disappointment 
trooper : the idea of the number of a solder, originally meaning theater group,show must go on (someone who persist or difficulties or illnesses hardship without complaining)
Ex:you break your leg and you still have to work wow you're a trooper( positive feedback)
Ex:i can't believe you finished that hike even your shoes break you're trooper 
you are a rock star / resilient / strong / fighter
