Get a new way to say you have a lot of work or responsibilities
1️⃣slew(a lot, many)
👏👏👏It's not as much of a daily word as "many, a lot". It's unique. It's more often used to talk about workload.
Ex: I thought I was gonna leave early, but then a slew of phone calls came in.
Ex: There's a whole slew of things I need to do before I leave for my trip.
👏👏👏 It could be either "formal" or "informal"
✗: I got a slew of grapes in the fridge. Come on, Let's eat them.

👀Role Play
A: Unfortunately , I don't have as much of time as I thought. I just got a stack of paper to fill out for my boss before the end of day.
B: Oh, no. That doesn't sound fun. I had a boatload of work yesterday. Somehow I finished in time. Sometimes, I feel like my boss gives me a mountain of responsibilities right on Friday.
A: Oh, yeah, Friday is one of slew assignments come in.
B: Oodles!

Ex: Hey, check out collections. woddle of sneakers. I'm a sneaker head.
👏👏👏This would work for food or item, quantity of food, this one is much less common.
4️⃣ a mountain of
Ex: I have a mountains of worries right now. I'm having trouble sleeping.
5️⃣ a stack(something's piling up on your desk.)
Ex: I have a huge stakc of paper on my desk that I need to get through before I go home.
