Mortifying moments that create connection:
forgetting someone's name; calling sb a wrong name; showing up late for a room full of people; being completely wrong about something you should have knowing something in your expertise;
embarrassing ；
Ex: it was so embarrassing when my dad call my teacher to complain about my grades
Ex: i felt so bad for Nina when her dress wrapped how embarrassing!
1.mortifying (extremely embarrassing)
Ex: me publicly speaking is mortifying
2.cringe worthy ( embarrassing some way)
Ex: i met him yesterday and i totally forgot my name that was cringe worthy
3.humiliating
Ex:i dropped my food all over the floor in front of everyone it was completely humiliating
4.face pump (emojis)
Ex:i forgot his name again face pump
(embarrassment is a core evolutionary high level sophisticated emotion)

Role play:
A:so lindsay! The most embarrassing thing happened to me last week
B:oh no!Michelle what happened?
A:i accidentally said i love you to my boss when we were getting off the phone
B: what?
A: i know!
B:i used to do that to my teachers when i was in elementary school that's so cringe worthy
A:I'm sorry!
B: the real face pump moment that was mortfying
B: what did she say?
A:she laughed but is was super awkward
B:oh dear!
