TEXT:
Mike is a teacher in a busy primary school. He works Monday to Friday, and most days of the week his routine is exactly the same.
His alarm goes off at 6: 30 every morning. Sometimes he feels tired and hits the snooze button once or twice before getting up. After a quick shower, he has a shave, gets dressed, and checks his phone for messages.
He often skips breakfast because he doesn't have time to eat, but before leaving the house, he feeds his dog, Bingo, and gives him a short walk in the park. He then makes his own lunch, puts it in his bag, and begins his commute to work.
On the way to the train station, he usually grabs a coffee from a small café near the bus stop. At school, he chats with his colleagues, then starts teaching at 8: 45. He has lunch at 12: 30 with the other teachers in the staff room.
Some days, Mike has to stay late at work if there is a meeting or extra work to finish. When he gets home, he's often verytired. So, after walking the dog, he has some dinner in front of the television. As he gets up early, he doesn't stay up late. After brushing his teeth at about 9: 00, he gets into bed and sets his alarm forthe next morning. After such a busy day, he is usually too tired to read, so he turns off the light and falls asleep immediately.
