Write a letter to the newspaper editor about an experience you had at a restaurant. The experience can be good or bad.
Describe your experience in detail and state whether or not you recommend others to visit the restaurant.

Dear Editor,
I am writing to describe an experience I had last weekend at Café Fish, which may be useful for your readers. I visited the restaurant with two colleagues after hearing favourable comments online.
At first, the setting appeared promising: the atmosphere was warm, the tables were neatly arranged, and the staff greeted us promptly. Unfortunately, the service that followed was far from satisfactory. Although we ordered immediately, our meals were served almost forty minutes later, even though the restaurant was only moderately busy. Two dishes arrived lukewarm, and one was prepared incorrectly, which had to be sent back.
To the restaurant’s credit, the manager apologised and offered a complimentary dessert, but this did not fully compensate for the delay and inconsistency. For these reasons, I am hesitant to recommend the restaurant and would suggest that diners wait until the service and food quality improve.

您好！我写这封信是想分享上周末在 Café Fish的就餐经历，或许能为贵报读者提供参考。此前我在网上看到不少好评，便约了两位同事一同前往。
起初，餐厅的环境确实让人期待：氛围温馨，餐桌摆放整齐，工作人员也及时向我们问好。但遗憾的是，后续的服务却远不尽如人意。尽管我们点单后立刻催促，餐品却将近四十分钟后才上桌 —— 而当时餐厅的客流量并不算大。其中两道菜上桌时已经凉了，还有一道菜做错了，不得不退回后厨重新制作。
值得肯定的是，餐厅经理主动致歉并赠送了免费甜点，但这并未完全弥补用餐延误和菜品质量不稳定带来的不佳体验。因此，我暂不建议大家前往该餐厅就餐，也希望店家能尽快改善服务质量与菜品水准后，再供食客选择。
