今天说的主题是 Some people think technology development decreases crime, while others believe it actually encourages crime. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

4. Technology has both positive and negative implications （后续影响） for crime.

5. Noticeably, some criminals clone individuals voice and fabricate videos, leading to violation of individual's privacy. （侵犯个人隐私）
