B: they do have amazing coffee I have to admit. we also have to see a Broadway show!

A: Yeah, but it maybe too expensive .

B: You've got a point there. But it was so worthy.

A: I'll think about it. TKTS does pretty good discounts I'll give you that.

B: and we have to visit the High Line!

A: I've been there so many times .

B: I know! But it‘s my favorite place!

A:I mean, I will say that the views are beautiful.

· I concede this point to you like you win on it.
· ex：
· A: charades猜词游戏 is always a good idea for a house party. it does keep everyone engaged.
B:I'll give you that . I'm not a big charades fan.
A:I don't think I love it either.

2. I have to admit…
· ex：
· I know you don't like the donut shop down the street. but I'm getting coffee from there. if you want any they do have good coffee I have to admit .

my commute is way worse than yours. you do have to deal with city traffic I have to admit. but my commute isn't no picnic either .

A:I wanna call but it's too late.
B: all right . you got a point there. she does go to sleep early.

B: I will say that it‘s definitely not where locals hang out. But the energy at night is something to see.

2.to highlight a positive

A: Atlantic City is a bit run-down.
B: I will say that they do have a really nice boardwalk.

3.find common ground

A:I think McDonald's is the best restaurant .
B:I mean they do have delicious french fries I will say that.

04:28 most locals do not go to the times Square . if you wanna see the real New York. I mean . everyone should probably go to Times Square as a Tourist. just to see it but then if you wanna see New York. don't go to Times Square .go to union Square 联合广场, go down to town. go to Central Park. 中央公园
