Erinome: Hello everyone! Welcome to our daily news chat. I'm Erinome.

Enceladus: And I'm Enceladus. Let's see what interesting news we have today, Erinome?

Erinome: Well, there's a story about a nurse called Zhang Shuihua. She's known as the "fastest nurse" because she runs marathons. But recently, people are talking about her again because of a comment from a host.

Enceladus: Oh, really? What did the host say?

Erinome: The host, Bai Yansong, suggested maybe she could lead hospital workers in running through the hospital's union. He thinks that way, her hobby could help others stay healthy too.

Enceladus: Hmm, that's a new idea. But why is this a big topic? Did something happen to her before?

Erinome: Right! A few months ago, her hospital punished her. The problem was she used false reasons to get rest days so she could run marathons. That messed up the hospital's schedule and her colleagues' work.

Enceladus: Oh no, that sounds bad. So people thought she had to choose between running and being a nurse?

Erinome: Yeah, many people felt that way at first. But the news says maybe we should think differently: do hobbies and work always have to be enemies? Like, you know, lots of people have hobbies—photography, fishing, dancing... Running is super popular too!

Enceladus: Oh right! I have friends who run marathons. I never ask them to stop. I even like their posts on social media! Why is that?

Erinome: Because they don't let hobbies affect work! If you plan your time well, work and hobbies can get along. The problem with Zhang Shuihua was she made her colleagues' lives harder. No one likes that, right?

Enceladus: Totally! If my coworker's hobby makes me work more, I'd be upset too. So the key is balance?

Erinome: Exactly! The hospital even said after punishing her: "We encourage hobbies as long as they don't affect work." And guess what? On December 14th, Zhang Shuihua went to work normally. She didn't run the Fuzhou Marathon, which was near her home.

Enceladus: Wow, that's good. So the hospital is treating her normally now?

Erinome: The head nurse said they're scheduling her like everyone else—no special treatment, no targeting. She just needs to work hard when on duty and run when she's free. No "special rights" even if she has many marathon medals!

Enceladus: That makes sense. Everyone should follow that rule, not just her.

Erinome: Yep. Modern life isn't just about work, you know? We all want to grow freely. But we can't hurt others while doing it. Maybe this story isn't just about her—it's about how all of us can balance our jobs and passions.

Enceladus: Sad that she had a tough few months, but maybe now she can get back to normal. Work hard, run happy!

Erinome: Exactly! Okay, that's it for today. Remember: love your hobbies, but love your work (and colleagues!) too.

Enceladus: Bye everyone! See you next time!
