1.accuse: to say someone has done sth bad, this can be both in or out of the court room or legal situation,or committing a crime not formal way accuse sb just on a guess,accusation always being thrown
Ex:i could accuse you of being late
Ex:he accused me for being rude to his father
Ex:the lawyer accused the suspect tampering with the evidence
2.alleged: someone committed some sort of crime, there's no official evidence yet, innocent until proven guilty
Ex:allegedly, he stoled 4 diamond necklaces
