1.soak it in
: to really take that time , to appreciate sth, to understand sth, to really value how important or how meaningful sth. is.(common for views)
ex:
.the audience sat quietly to soak in every word of the inspiring speech .
.Stood on the beach at sunset. just soaking it in!

2.absorb it
:more descriptive/straightforward
ex:
.he took a deep breath to absorb it all before responding .
(someone said sth rude to you and you had to absorb it . then respond this is to absorb what they had said)

3.sink in
: it's more about processing information. we need to let it sink in and we need to process it .
ex:
.it's hard to absorb it at once when there's so much information in a lecture .I needed to let it sink in.

4.take it in
:talk about the sense of being struck .
ex:
.we stood at the rim of the Grand Canyon and tried to take it all in .
.she sat in the gallery and took it all in .

⭐️take it all in感受→absorb信息吸收→sink in消化过程

5.drink it in
:use for beautiful sights. drink in the breathtaking view of the mountains. it's sort of poetic.全身心
ex:
.how time flies! I'm just trying to drink in every moment.
.she was just listening to the birds in the trees, just drinking in nature .
.he sat on the porch in the evening, drinking in the peaceful sounds of nature.

Absorb these English phrasal verbs:

1.soak it in: it means to really take that time to appreciate sth to understand sth to value how important sth is (sth is impactful and you wanna take some time to absorb it)
Ex:the audiences sat quietly and soak in every word of inspiring speech
Ex:we stood on the beach at sunset just soak it in
Ex:i just need to seat here to soak in this beauty (view,nature)
Ex:soak in that freshness of the trees
2.absorb it (negative implication)
Ex:he took a deep breath to absorb it all before responding
3.sink in (more about processing)
Ex:we need to let it sink in
Ex:it's hard to absorb it at once, when there's so much information in lecture
4.take it all in (sth more than your eyes or your emotions can handle you need a little time to take at all in)
Ex:we stood at the room of the grancanian and try to take it all in
Ex:she sat in the gallery and took it all in, taking time to absorb each painting carefully (poetic)
Ex: he sat in the porch in the evening and drinking in the peaceful sounds of nature

A:wow! Look at the sunset behind the stage soak it in Abri, moments like this don't happene often
B:that is beautiful! I'm gonna take a minute to drink it in
A:this is been such a amazing festival almost hard to take with all in, the crowd energy,all the amazing bands
